Holiday TV FAQ

What exactly does Holiday TV guide content consist of?

Twelve pages will consist of television listings showcasing all the special holiday programming airing between November 26, 2020 and January 1, 2021. Each program will include time, date and network/channel. The additional twelve pages will consist of program highlights, editorials and photos related to the programs airing during the holidays – as well as other timely content such as games, recipes and more.

When is delivery of Holiday TV?

Holiday TV will be made available for download on November 12, 2021.

What size and formats are you delivering the publication in?

Pages will be designed in tabloid-size blocks of 10” x 10”, suitable for any small tab or broadsheet. Twenty-four tabloid pages will be made available equivalent to twelve broadsheet pages. The document will be available in InDesign or as PDF files. The raw content will also be made available (text files, jpeg photos).

All pages are provided in color which is easily transitioned to B&W as necessary.

Can the content be customized?

Yes, all content may be edited and downsized should the desired final page count fall under 24. After we deliver the 24 professionally-designed pages, it is up to your in-house design team to customize the content to your liking. Feel free to edit and re-design to your own specifications.

Must we print the photo credits?

Yes, all photo credits, as they appear in the publication, must be published.

Can any of the content be printed elsewhere in our newspaper or specialty magazines?

Yes, included in the purchase are the raw content files which can be incorporated into your newspaper if you do not wish to print the entire guide as an insert.

When must we commit and how are we invoiced?

Final commitment is November 11, 2021. Current TV Media customers will be invoiced via their regular billing cycle. Non-TV Media customers may pay online with a credit card or receive an invoice via email, payable by cheque.

Payments must be received no later than November 11, 2021.
